Rogacze-Kolonia [r at k l a] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Nowy Dwór, within Sokó ka County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland, close to the border with Belarus. Sokó ka County (Polish: powiat sokólski) is a unit of territorial administration and local government (powiat) in Podlaskie Voivodeship, north-eastern Poland, on the border with Belarus. It was created on 1 January 1999 as a result of the Polish local government reforms passed in 1998. Its administrative seat and largest town is Sokó ka, which lies 39 kilometres (24 mi) north-east of the regional capital Bia ystok. The county also contains the towns of D browa Bia ostocka, lying 30 km (19 mi) north of Sokó ka, Krynki, lying 24 km (15 mi) south-east of Sokó ka, and Suchowola, 33 km (21 mi) north-west of Sokó ka.
