Roger Blades (born 25 May 1963 in Barbados) is a former Bermudian cricketer. He was a right-handed batsman and bowler. He played seven List A matches for Bermuda as part of the Red Stripe Bowl, and also represented them at the 1997 ICC Trophy. The Carlsberg 1997 ICC Trophy was a cricket tournament played in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in March/April 1997. It was the qualification tournament for the 1999 Cricket World Cup.
