Roger Haughton currently serves as a community philanthropist in the greater San Francisco Bay Area as well as Tuolomne County, California and is most known for his contributions to Habitat for Humanity International, where he was a board member.Roger Haughton was born and raised in Palo Alto, CA. Haughton attended the University of California, Santa Barbara and graduated with a business degree in 1969.Upon graduation from college, Haughton worked for Allstate as a regional underwriter in national offices in Detroit, Denver, Santa Ana and Menlo Park, California. In 1985 Haughton transferred to PMI Group (acquired by Allstate in 1973) and became the Underwriting Vice President.
