James Roger Johnston (born 18 June 1930) was an Australian politician. In 1977, he was elected to the Australian House of Representatives as the Liberal member for Hotham. He was defeated in 1980. The Division of Hotham is an Australian Electoral Division in Victoria. The division was created in 1969 and is named for Sir Charles Hotham, Governor of Victoria 1854-55.
