Roger Slifer is a writer of comic books, animation, and video games, well-known for a run on Omega Men in the 1980s.Slifer started out in comics as an editor at Marvel Comics where he also wrote a number of comic books.He moved over to DC Comics in February 1981 and while working on Omega Men, Slifer co-created the alien mercenary anti-hero Lobo with artist Keith Giffen.In the mid-eighties, he was Sunbow's supervising producer, story editor and writer for the animated television program Jem and the Holograms.
