Roh Hoe-chan (Hangul: ; born August 31, 1956 in Busan) is a South Korean politician. He has a bachelor's degree in politics from Korea University. He was in the Democratic Labor Party as an Assembly member (representative). Now he is the president of New Progressive Party. New Progressive Party (NPP) is a Centre-left political party in South Korea. New Progressive party was established by a number of Democratic Labour Party members (known as 'People's Democracy Faction) who left the party in reaction to the dominating Korean nationalist faction.
