Issue: When one hears the term Cloud Computing in Africa, one automatically thinks of the digital divide due to the backwardness of economic and social development in most of the countries that make up this high potential continent.The concerns of these countries are essentially structural and relate particularly to the availability of data and their security in the context of public and private management of human, material and natural resources.The enormous potential of these countries can be optimized with the use of the Cloud.B- Objective: The fundamental objective of the study is to show the role and contribution of Cloud Computing in solving these structural problems of developing countries in Africa.C- Methodology: three axes of study were privileged:- A documentary study to analyze the structural problems encountered by these developing countries;- An analysis of the potential of these countries and the conditions of implementation of web platforms dedicated to the Cloud;- Presentation of what should be the outline of the African Cloud
