The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of Reward on employee retention in the education sector by focusing on the case of Secondary Schools in Kisii Central District.Factor analysis was used to determine the contribution of each variable on employee retention.The findings of the study were that; all the employees were aware of the existence of Reward.
