The MD (Management decision) in the organization represents the act of the subject of management (the head of the organization or group of leading persons), directed on a choice from several alternative variants of organization development one of them, that will provide an achievement of the intended purposes with the minimum expenses. Human judgment should be a part of all decisions, but play a dominant role in significantly fewer of them. Is good old-fashioned intuition out of date? The purpose of this work is to estimate the role of a human factor in MDM (management decision-making), and consider possibilities of neutralizing the negative effect of it.
