The Author was born in Shambu,Wallagga, Oromiya on 17 february 1989. He attended primary and Secondary schools at Shambu. In 2010 he was graduated in B.A. Degree in Economics from Samara University, Ethiopia. Then he worked as Graduate assistant I and II at Mizan Tepi University, and awarded M.A Degree in Economics from Andhra University, India.
