La autora de este libro, Nilam Y. Jadhav, tiene experiencia académica. Ha completado su Licenciatura en Farmacia en la Universidad Shivaji de Kolhapur. Ha realizado un taller sobre "Actividad de promoción de la investigación" patrocinado por la Universidad Shivaji de Kolhapur. Ahora trabaja como profesora adjunta en el Diploma College.
