Change Management is a critical part of every organization and due to the expansion in organizations, the level of change increases. For managing change every organization has its own methods and to facilitate those methods Management Information Systems (MIS) are used, with more integrated module which collectively supports changes. Moreover Systems implemented in any organization have to be flexible in order to accommodate the rapid advancements and changes. Nowadays organizations are becoming successful because of proper implementation and optimal use of ERP system. Current study evaluates six dimensions, that support change management for successful ERP implementation. Dimensions are Top Management Support, User Involvement & Resistance, Vendor Consultants, Technology Infrastructure, Education & Training and Project Management. Some necessary questions were devised on these dimensions for study purpose and pilot tests, surveys and interviews were conducted. Later on, the gathered data and derived results were analyzed.
