The book examines the roles of coffee companies in promoting Coffee small holders in Arusha region and addressed what should be done in order to enable coffee small scale farmers to produce enough Coffee of required quality so that these big Companies will be able to exploit export potential of specialty Coffee in the World Market. The region is among of which smallholder's coffee production capacity and performance in terms of quality has been dropped and affected much. Moreover The smallholders are not getting enough information on the market needs from these big coffee companies. Therefore,the book analyzed the current role of coffee companies and state of coffee small holders in; Performance of smallholders' farmers, Coffee Production and marketing constraints, Quality control, Promotion as well as Coffee price, storage and spoilage, Management and employee skills and working conditions. Secondly, it also analyzes Companies roles in promoting smallholder coffee production. Lastly, the study identified and analyzed the current Coffee business constraints between small holders and companies.
