DepEd Order No. 14, series of 2023 was introduced, as replacement of the summer class for those who need academic assistance in getting ready for the next grade level. The order is entitled "Policy Guidelines on the Implementation of National Learning Camp", and this is in line with the department's agenda "MATATAG: Bansang Makabata, Batang Makabansa." This book focused on investigating the role of the parents, the community officials, and the non-government organizations in alleviating the effect of pandemic in the education and well-being of the youth. The authors purposedly selected five parents, six government officials, and five business owners to share their insights on the role of community and stakeholders in collaborating with the schools to battle against the learning lag brought about by the pandemic. Recommendations to parents, community officials, non-government organizations, and education sector were laid down near the end of the book.
