Musa K. Chepkurui is currently the human resource administrator in the University of Eldoret, Kenya. He holds a MBA, a B.Ed. (Counseling), a Higher Diploma in HR Management and a Higher Diploma in Psychological Counseling. He is an active researcher in the fields of organizational leadership, development, psychology and talent management.
