Children are at the heart and soul of everything we do. Children are the future architect as well as nation builder in the world to bring about positive change. It reveals that the majority of (78 percent) the children replied that local government does not play important role for ensuring children¿s participation and local governance. Children's Participation must start with children and young people themselves, on their own terms, within their own realities and in pursuit of their own visions, dreams, hopes and concerns. We need to bring hearts and minds together for the children. Besides every child¿s right to be heard.
