MicroRNAs (miR, miRNA) being post transcript structures (~18 - 22 nucleotide) are a class of small non-coding RNAs which are regulatory in nature and have the ability to influence the translational efficiency and stability of the target messenger RNA (mRNA).MicroRNAs (miRs) are non-coding ribonucleic acids consisting of about 18-22 nucleotide bases. Expression of several miRs can be altered in breast carcinoma in comparison to healthy breast tissue, or between various subtypes of breast cancer. The objectives of the study were To determine the presence of miR-21 and miR-16 in the serum levels of breast cancer patients, their daughters and healthy individualsTo analyze miR-21 and miR-16 in sera of invasive intra ductal breast carcinoma in stage III and compare its expression in their daughters and healthy women.Evaluate the significance serum of serum miRs gene expression in relation to ER, PR and HER2 protein and their prognostic value in the breast cancer.
