The authors, Dr. Kyalo D. Ndunge and Dr. Matula D.Phillisters are lecturers in the University of Nairobi where they teach education management at all levels.They taught in many secondary schools believed to be fertile zones for conflicts.This propelled them to write this hand book for educational managers and other stake holders.
