Abdul Ghafoor Nasir nació en 1953, en un pueblo llamado 142 GB Samundri, Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistán. Hizo una maestría en Ciencias Políticas, una maestría en Historia y una maestría en Educación, así como un doctorado en Educación. Se le concedió un certificado de rendimiento especial y un subsidio, el más alto premio a la excelencia a nivel de distrito. Especialista en la materia en la Escuela Secundaria Superior de Faisalabad.
