The present study aimed to explore the role of Self- Regulation in prediction of Decision Making Styles (DMS). The study is an initiative to assess the predictive role of self-regulation in decision making styles. The investigation of individual and organizational factors increases the worth as well as theoretical and practical implication of the current study. The role of various demographics including management level, gender, age, education and experience were also investigated. This research has vast implications in the organizational setup of Pakistan, because it can be used in developing positive self-regulatory abilities and can further give a comparative analysis of different personnel, their self- regulation abilities and decision making styles.
