Dr. Rahila Sikandar has obtained her M.Phil and Ph.D from the Centre for the Study of Law and Governance, Jawaharlal Nehru University. She was a Doctoral Fellow of ICSSR, New Delhi. She is M.A in Public Administration and LL.M (Criminal Laws).She is author of many National and International papers published in reputed journals and edited books.
