This study investigates the role of training and teamwork in the successful implementation of business process reengineering (BPR). Study is conducted on the departments of public sector of Khyber PakhtunKhwa (KPK) that are undergone through reengineering process. For this study only two of the critical success factors (CSF) were selected with hypothesis of having significant relationship between independent and dependent variables. The responses were checked for their reliability, using Cronbach's alpha, Pearson correlation and regression tests were adopted for testing the hypothesis. Results showed strong correlation between education and training as well as between teamwork and successful implementation of BPR. Furthermore, results indicated a positive correlation and impact of independent variables on successful implementation of BPR. Moreover, regression analysis also provided supporting evidence for hypothesis. Thus, results revealed the strategic importance of education & training and teamwork and its influence on successful implementation of BPR.
