The book of Romans is one of the most important New Testament documents with respect to Christian doctrine. Certain passages are matters of great debate in the church today. A clear exposition of this great work is, therefore, urgently needed by the church of the 21st century. In his treatment of it, Dr. Hunter makes these difficult concepts and doctrines more easily digestible for the layman. It is for this reason that previous editions of this work have become invaluable to lay Christians.
