Barbara Michalak-Pikulska is a Professor of modern Arabic literature, focussing on Gulf countries. She is Head of the Arabic Department of the Institute of Oriental Studies at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, Poland.

Arkadiusz Plonka is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Oriental Studies at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, Poland and an Affiliated Researcher at the Orient-Institut in Beirut, Lebanon.

Sebastian Gadomski is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Oriental Studies at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, Poland. His scientific interests concern contemporary dramaturgy in the Arab world.
