Autorenporträt

Laura Rajsic-Lanier (larajla) is a mother, trainer, designer and writer. She followed the traditional route of supporting groups and organizations her daughters were interested in joining as they grew up. She created many items specifically for these groups. In 2010, she stepped beyond and started the (Adult) Enrichment Project on her site, larajla.com. Currently featuring over 250 free digital badge programs, the project encourages adults to learn new things to share with the youth they work with. In addition to the badge programs, there are hundreds of supplements that work with the badge programs. Laura spends at least 100 hours a year in classes and workshops to increase her knowledge in multiple subjects. This information is reflected in the badge programs offered as well as the project itself. She helps train adults, specifically with the digital badge programs she has developed.
