People's high quality of life is getting increasingly important. A healthy living style and, most of all, physical activity are contributors to a successful prevention of widespread diseases and premature mortality. Modern Web-technologies, a ubiquitous part of a modern lifestyle, are progressively used to motivate people to force a better living quality. The solution approach, called "Routing4You", should enhance current fitness applications by focusing on observing personalized sport activities. The main aim of this thesis is the creation of a weighted graph. This graph is designed by outdoor paths, within a certain study area. This weighted graph is used to personalize outdoor routes for sport and rehab activities. Personalizing means to optimize outdoor routes with a shortest path algorithm based on personal fitness levels. The algorithm searches the shortest path by minimizing a weight value (geographic path parameters that are adapted to the different fitness levels). The results that are achieved let the user define individual fitness levels and create a personalized route based on it.
