Saurabh Kumar Dixit is Professor and founding Head of the Department of Tourism and Hotel Management, North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong (Meghalaya), India. His research interests include consumer behavior, gastronomic tourism, and experiential management and Marketing in hospitality and tourism contexts.
