Imagine a world where people learn to live like citizens of the Kingdom of God. "Royal Priesthood" invites you to explore a realm where Christians, led by the main character, Justus Warrior, routinely wage spiritual warfare against principalities and powers that are designed to kill, steal and to destroy. The reader first meets Justus Warrior as he stands before God to receive his commission to help those on earth who had long forgotten their spiritual roots. As the narrator explains: This is the story of Justus Warrior as I imagined it to be, even as it occurred to me while I rested in the Nile Valley. It may also be the story of those like him, who loved the King with all their heart, with all their soul and with all their strength and loved their neighbor as they loved themselves... "Royal Priesthood" reminds us that God's power is greater than any evil on earth and that if we believe in the risen King we can stand boldly; "We are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a peculiar people and we show forth the praises of the King who has called us out of darkness into His marvelous light." Leslie Carol is a Christian who enjoys serving God through her writing, and is the author of a collection of homilies. She grew up on the Westside of Chicago and graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a bachelor's degree in psychology. She was a freelance journalist while working as a communications and public affairs specialist with a multinational technology and service conglomerate. Before turning her attention to writing fiction, Leslie Carol was a human resources manager with one of the world's largest software companies. She lived in Buchanan, Michigan for many years and currently resides in Scottsdale, Arizona.
