The army's elite astronauts, during a specialised space mission, collect samples from outer space. Although these samples appeared nutritionally sound, Robert Brotcher speculated they could prove valuable in experimental research. However, as the experiments progressed, several individuals, including Wilson, were affected by the mutation within the samples. Wilson, as a result of this mutation, transforms and is later recognised as the British Army's official superhero, known as Rudy-Man.
