The concept of Rural Development is broadened in recent times to accommodate non - economic issues, especially those relating to social, political, legal, cultural and environmental issues. This broadened Rural Development concept, otherwise is known as the sustained. Access to finance is a key to development and growth. The study presented in this book was confined to one of the District of Rwanda called "Musanze District". It is both qualitative and quantitative in nature on opinions expressed by the Rural Banking borrowers. The overall of the study is dealt with types of credit facilities on loan in various years provided by Rwanda Development Bank in the study area.
