Dr. Syed Asghar Mehdi is Associate Professor in the Department of Tourism Management, Mewar University, Rajasthan, India. His area of specialization includes Local Communities supported Sustainable Tourism & Capacity Building in Tourism Sector. He has independently launched and executed local community tourism in Chera village in Kumaon Himalayas.
