The "Rural Development in India: Study on Brick Kiln Workers in Gangarampur Block, South Dinajpur, West Bengal" project field report is research done on the ground in an Indian Brick Kiln Workers-based village. This study shows that the Brick Kiln Workers' community is changing in many ways, including physically, economically, socially, politically, and culturally. The primary areas of focus for this study are demographic, socioeconomic, and standard of living aspects, as well as societal problems and recommendations. The bulk of this study was carried out in the month of February 2019. At the very least, it is my sincere hope that this study will make some kind of contribution to the expanding ideas surrounding rural economies as well as rural development.
