Felician Andrew es un entusiasta economista de la Universidad de Mzumbe, en la región de Morogoro, Tanzania, donde se graduó en un máster en Economía y otro en Planificación de Políticas Económicas con una licenciatura en Planificación de Proyectos por la Universidad de Dodoma. Felician es ganador del premio internacional de la Cumbre EDCTP 2009 y del WiLDAF 2010.
