Dr. Kalacas is dedicated to fostering creativity and a love for learning among her students. Currently, she serves as the Scholarship and Financial Assistance Chairperson at Laguna State Polytechnic University, Sta. Cruz Campus, where she holds the rank of Associate Professor V. She is also a former Dean of the College of Hospitality Management and Tourism and a former Chairperson for Gender and Development, reflecting her dynamic leadership and impactful contributions to education and community development.
