The growth and understanding of mid-adolescent ministry in these contexts is notable and worthy of celebration. A disparaging fact remains: little if anything is known of ministry to mid-adolescents inrural contexts. This book presents a ministry response to rural mid-adolescence that is psycho-socially current, culturally relevant, and theologically driven.

Steven Bonner, DMin., Assistant Professor of Youth and Family Ministry at Lubbock Christian University. After serving in full time ministry for more than ten years, Dr. Bonner now teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in Youth and Family Ministry. His Doctor of Ministry (Fuller Theological Seminary) is in Youth, Family, and Culture.
