Youth account for 35.4% of Kenya's population with 1,000,000 entering the labor market annually (Kenya Country Report on Youth Employment, 2014). It is estimated that 64% of unemployed Kenyans are youth with majority having moved away from rural Kenya and living in urban areas in Kenya's cities and towns.

Morris Mworia Mutua was born in 22nd August, 1986. He holds a Bachelor degree in Agri-Business and Finance (Agricultural Economics) (2011-2013) from Kenya Methodist University and a Diploma in Agricultural Enterprise and Project Management from Gretsa University (2009-2011). He is pursuing master¿s degree in Project management and planning.
