Dilshot RAKHMATOV is a Master of International Relations from Ankara Yildirim Beyazit University in Ankara, Turkey. Dilshot RAKHMATOV earned his Bachelors degree from International Relations department at KIMEP University in Almaty, Kazakhstan in 2016. Currently working on his PhD research.
