Ms. Rosey is the CEO and founder of Concept 1 Learning Centre Inc. based in Canada. She is a natural musician and enjoys spending her time teaching at her school. Her fear of dogs was diminished when she bought her very own fur baby, the late Saab Saha Singh. She fell in love with animals all because of his unconditional love.
