Having worked as Creative Director of Foster and Partners, Sabiha was instrumental in the implementation of concepts and designs for major architectural projects, including the Reichstag restoration, Berlin, Germany (1999) and the Carré d''Art, Nîmes, France (1984 1993). Since her divorce from Norman Foster, Baron Foster of Thames Bank, Sabiha founded the Diamonds For Humanity Foundation in 2004, a global initiative aimed at returning the benefits of diamonds to the often conflict-ridden and poverty-stricken communities where they are mined.
