Autorenporträt
Dr. Dorit-Elisabeth Schuller is Assistant Professor at the
University of Minho (Portugal), where her research interest is
biotechnology of industrial yeasts. She obtained her diploma
degree from the Friedrich-Alexander University (Germany), and
continued for a MSc in Environmental Sciences and a PhD in
Sciences at the University of Minho.
