Bush is a writ of habeas corpus filed on behalf of Saed Farhan Al-Maliki, a Saudi who was held in extrajudicial detention in the United States'' Guantanamo Bay detention camps, in Cuba. In November 2006 Al Maliki''s lawyers requested a protective order for Al Maliki, which would require the Department of Justicie to give them advance notice if they planned to transfer him out of US jurisdiction. The Bush Presidency opposed the request.
