This is one of the early studies that have examined sexual behaviors of circumcised men following Safe Male Circumcision (SMC). The study undertook an epidemiological analysis of the perception of risk to HIV among circumcised men and behavioral outcomes related to information given to them during Safe Male Circumcision. Finally, the study identified barriers to safer sex and risk reduction behaviour to HIV following SMC.
