Therefore, it seems obvious that intervening in the field of medical abortion, as foreseen by the PM's legislator, is an opportunity for the Congolese legislator to act in the best interest of the child and to assist the lives of these women victims, who not only bear unwanted children, but even more seriously, when the acts that generate these pregnancies prevent their victims from having a better future, and infringe on their honour, their dignity and even their right to life.
