Mr.Prem Lamsal obtained his B.Tech form the Visvesvaraya Technological University Belgaum and M.Tech in Transportation Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. Currently he is working as a Highway Designer.He has more than 10 years of working experience in Highway Designing and management of Road Projects in various countries.
