Food safety has become an important concern in the recent years all over the world with intensive system of production associated with large centralized processing and increased global trade. Successful commercial food production cannot be achieved if food safety is not assured simultaneously at the same time. There is a strong relationship between the management of food production chain and food safety or food quality.
