Is it possible not to be attracted by it? Can anyone escape a spell that does not cease? What continues to make it so attractive to souls yearning for beauty or answers? Great adventurers like Almásy or Lhote traveled the Sahara for years and failed to unravel its mystery, what can a mortal do but live its adventure? Do you dare to let yourself be snatched by the charms of the most fascinating desert in the world? Throughout the lines of this suggestive and exquisite story you will get to know the Sahara in an exceptional way, from the hand of a passionate traveler who has been welcomed by him as one more of his distinguished Tuareg or his strong Bambara. Through them, you will not only have the opportunity to enter the immensity of the unfathomable dunes that you might expect: you will also get lost among its imposing gorges, you will be invited to eat by a family of some lost valley, you will arrive by a route to lost alleys of forgotten villages and you will be immersed in the deafening bustle of civilization that is born behind the sand. García Caraballo invites you on a journey of no return to a whole world apart that extends not far away, as warm and welcoming as it is implacable and hostile, eternally awaiting the benevolence of Allah.
