Autorenporträt
From playing the bagpipes and composing music in his teens to photography and writing poetry, saw Luke actively develop his artistic skills as a story teller. From this, life experiences grew adding dynamics to his perspective on humanity. Things like, working on a farm for 6 years, volunteering alongside a music therapist helping people with brain acquired injuries. This grew to a short study in psychology before moving into the maritime industry through the tall ship, STV One And All, Port Adelaide. There, he furthered his passion for the sea, history and working with people young and old as watch leader than bosun for eight years. From this, work on other vessel within the Port grew, studying various maritime qualifications and pursuit as amateur film maker on the tall ship. This saw him snapped up by the Australian Maritime And Fisheries Academy as bosun and teachers assistant. Always on the go with a skip in his stride and a passion for life, will always find time to stop and chat, ready to help where needed as he pursues his goals.
