Autorenporträt
Mr. Xie Bizhen, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of Fujian Normal University, Director of the Fujian-Taiwan Regional Research Center of Fujian Normal University, a key research base of humanities and social sciences of the Ministry of Education. His main research focuses on Chinese overseas transportation and trade history, the history of Sino-Japanese relations, and the local history of Fujian. Wu Weiwei is a historian with a Ph.D. from Shunchang, Fujian. He is a research fellow and doctoral supervisor at the Fujian-Taiwan Regional Research Center and the Collaborative Innovation Center for Cross-Strait Cultural Development at Fujian Normal University. Wu's research focuses on the history of maritime transportation, the local history of Fujian and Taiwan, and the history of Christianity in China. He has published ten books and over 50 academic papers and has directed and participated in numerous research projects. Wu has received many awards and honors for his research and is recognized as an outstanding young researcher at Fujian Normal University.
