Dr. Michele Di Bari graduated at the University of Padova in 2006 (MA in Human Rights and International Relations). In 2007, he enrolled in the European Master s Degree in Human Rights and Democratization (European Inter-University Centre, EIUC). In 2008 he started the PhD programme in International Studies at the University of Trento, major comparative public law, minor politics.
