Anita is an Irish optometrist who returned to writing as a past-time during the COVID19 pandemic. The story is based on real-life events, including the main character Sammy the Bear. Sammy is a large, life-sized vintage bear almost 90 years old - he holds many secrets and is full of history. Sammy has also journeyed across from Ireland to the Isle of Man on 1st January 2021 where Anita travelled as a frontline medical worker. This story is just the beginning of Sammy's adventures as Anita brings him to life and hopefully will be read and enjoyed by many.
